A copy of the filing was ~ ~,}~ <br />also sent directly to Mesa Conservation District on March 3. In addition, the same party f~l~"" <br />handles the Soil Conservation Service, and has approved the plan (see enclosed letter <br />of 6/8/94). On December 4, the Conservation District affirmed by fax that they had <br />received the notifications. <br />EXHIBIT R: The application was placed in the Mesa County Public Records on <br />January 18, 1995, File #1786649. All the ammendments, both the ammendment on ~po9 ~ <br />May 8 and the enclosed information was placed on file December 5, 1995.
