We present the following comments on the items you felt were <br />needing additional information. <br />EXHIBIT A: The description offered is per Book 2069, Page 998, Mesa County T ~~ <br />records, a copy of which is enclosed, which reads: Gov't Lot One, Section 5, Township <br />' ~< 2 ~ <br />t Lot Two, Section 5, Township 2 South, <br />2 South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian, and Gov ~~ <br />Range 1 East, Ute Meridian, and S1/2 SE1/4 SW1/4 SE1/4, Section 32, Township 1 <br />South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian, and SW1/4 SW1/4 SE1/4, Section 32, Township 1 <br />South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian. T <br />B~ <br />EXHIBIT C: The west side property owner is Mesa County. The buffer zone will have ./ <br />no activity. It is strictly a buffer zone around the permit boundary. The~ond is to be in <br />accordance with the 100 year plan which is enclosed. The mining operations will have <br />no effect on operations or maintenance of Grand Valley Power Lines. Please see the <br />enclosed letter for reference. <br />EXHIBIT D: Zones in the mining plan are shown as phases on the mining map. ~; <br />Reclamation in each zone will begin upon completion of mining in each phase. A ~ <br />maximum of 20 acreas total will be in a state of major, moderate, or minimum ~ ~ <br />disturbance at any one time.
