' ~ • HIBIT E

RECLAI~SATION PLAN AND TIP.7ETABLE

Reclamation Plan. The proposed future use of the affected
land is private recreation and wildlife habitat. Suburban will
reclaim the affected land by sloping the lake shores and revege-
' tating to create a desirable habitat for wildlife as well as a
' pleasant, natural, quiet place for the private enjoyment of nature.
It is possible that in the future Suburban may add improvements
beyond the scope of this reclamation plan.
The one lake to be created will be approximately 135.66 acres.
' It will be approximately 4400 feet long, at a maximum, in an east-
west direction, and about 1400 feet wide, as a minimum, in a

north-south direction. The shorelines, though relatively straight,
' will be broken by some planned irregularities. Perimeter slopes
will be maintained at 3 to 1 or less from five feet above to ten
' feet below the water level. Some gentler slopes and some areas of
shallow water are planned so that reeds and rushes will create a
1 desirable habitat for water fowl. Location of this shallow water
' area is not definite at this time; however, it is tentatively
located on the southeast part of the property (refer to map
I Exhibit F).
As explained in the mining plan, the property will be mined in
' 8 stages, each 3 years in duration, except for Stages I, II and P.
Stage I will be 2 years long, Stage II will last 2.5 years, and Stage
P will last approximately 22 years. At the conclusion of each mining
' stage a reclamation phase will be commenced. hlap Exhibits D-1 and F
L_ l
- 12 - (Revised 1/80) '
