Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />Fertilizer will be applied at the time of seeding at the rate of forty pounds per acre of both <br />elemental nitrogen (N) and phosphoric acid (P205), if required. This will be incorporated <br />into the soil with a disk or harrow implement. Mulch such as grass hay or cereal grain <br />straw will also be applied to the reseeded area at the rate of 4,000 pounds of mulch per <br />acre. <br />Weed Control <br />As suggested by Ms. Elizabeth Campbell, Pueblo County Noxious Weed Control <br />Coordinator, the applicant will maintain a 50 foot setback from any weed infested areas, <br />or initiate biological, chemical or mechanical controls (as appropriate based on <br />consultation with the Pueblo County Weed Control Coordinator) to disrupt weed growth <br />and prevent off-site transmission of weeds prior to disturbance. <br />Post-Reclamation Structures <br />Only an access driveway and perimeter roads will remain after mining and reclamation <br />are complete. <br />St. Barbara Sand and Gravel Mine 03028 <br />Trans Colorado Concrete ]( February 19, 2004 <br />
