' •
4. On map Exhibit E, please show the shape and size of the final pit
after it is sloped and graded for reclamation. Please try to show
the final topography of the site with contour lines and/or enough
sloping information to show what the permit will look like after
reclamation. Also show the land ownership west of the permit
area, across Highway No. 9.
5. Based on the nearby Ansley Pit, which is dry, the Division does
not expect ground water to be encountered. Do you expect to
excavate deeper than the existing pit?
6. Please state your commitment to reclaim all slopes no steeper than
3:1.
Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the permit application
must be filed with the Division and with the County Clerk and Recorder.
The applicant must also provide the Division with an affidavit or
receipt demonstrating that the change or addition was filed with the
County Clerk and Recorder no later than the close of business on the
day the change was filed with the Division.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~/~~j ~ ~ ,-.,,
i ~'
Gary S.
