EXHIBIT L -RECLAMATION COST We have selected the phase of the mining that includes the largest area that will be disturbed atone time to calculate the potential reclamation liability for the Division of Minerals and Geology. This will occur during the beginning of phase 7. The dewatering trench will be at its maximum size, the processing area and haul roads will be disturbed, and shoreline reclamation will be in process for phase 6. It is anticipated that these disturbances will total approximately 45 acres. Concurrent reclamation will have taken place on the shoreline for phases l through 5 and the bottom of the pond will begin to fill once dewatering has been stopped.
