This ditch will continue to <br />divert upland runoff away from the pile for discharge into <br />the gulch to the west. <br />8.1.3 Access Road <br />As surface owner, Atlantic Richfield intends to keep the <br />road open for use as access to the grazing areas in the <br />vicinity of the refuse pile, thus no reclamation of the <br />road is proposed. <br />i • <br />8.2 Bonding <br />Bonding calculations have been revised to reflect <br />revisions made to the original design of the pile and <br />access road.
