<br />3.0 - REFUSE DISPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Drawing No. MG-R-C-001 depicts the final developed plan <br />~, contour of the refuse disposal facility. As shown on this <br />drawing, the pile will reach final elevation at 6880 feet <br />(with a maximum height of approximately 160 feet). The pile <br />will accomodate approximately 5 million tons of refuse, as <br />shown on the elevation versus tonnage curve presented on <br />Drawing No. MG-R-C-001. <br />The typical sequential development plan for the refuse pile <br />• is presented on Drawing No. MG-R-C-002 and shows the pile <br />section as well. Details of the channels and underdrains are <br />shown on Drawing No. MG-R-C-003. <br />Development of the refuse disposal facility will consist of: <br />Construction <br />Clearing and <br />Construction <br />Construction <br />Construction <br />Placement of <br />of Access Road <br />Stripping of brush, topsoil and subsoil <br />of Perimeter Drainage Channels <br />of Temporary Collection Channels <br />of Underdrains <br />Refuse Material <br />.
