Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined
provisions of the Colorado Mined Land
zd mines are located at:
83-1: The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 4 South,
Range 49 West of the 6th P.M.
83-2: The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
16, Township 4 South, Range 56 West of the 6th P.M.
83-3: The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 55 West of the 6th P.M.
The proposed date of commencement is May 15, 1983, and the
proposes: date of completion is one year from said date. The proposed
future use of the land is that it be reclaimed for agricultural purposes.
Additional information and tentative hearing date may be obtained from
the Mined Land Reclamation Board, Room 423, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver,
Colorado 80203 (303-866-3567), or Garland Wahl, Washington County Clerk
and Recorder, Washington County Courthouse, Akron, Colorado 80720, or
the above-named application.
Written comments must be filed with the Mined Land Reclamation
Board by 5:00 p.m. on or before 48 hours prior to the Board Hearing or
5 days after the date of last publication, whichever comes first. This
matter will be heard before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on April 27
or April 28, 1933, at the above address.
