<br />4.03.2 Access Roads <br />As discussed in Section 4.03.1, Haul Roads, Peerless Resources will <br />utilize the haul road as the main access road into the property. Aside <br />from this, no access roads will be utilized at the Coal Gulch Mine. <br />Therefore, the requirements of this Section are not applicable to <br />Peerless Resources. <br />4.03.3 Light Use Roads <br />Peerless Resources does anticipate that one light-use road will be <br />utilized at the Coal Gulch operation. An existing four-wheel drive road. <br />crosses the permit area as shown on the Pre-Mining and Post-Mining Land <br />Use Map (Map 9); this road is used mainly for access into State of <br />Colorado surface area north of State Highway 160. Peerless Resources <br />will utilize this road on a periodic basis for miscellaneous monitoring <br />and surveying work; however, the road will continue to be mainly used by <br />• the Colorado Division of Wildlife for access into their surface. <br />~J <br />4.03-2 <br />
