<br />4.02 SIGNS AND MARKERS <br />4.02.1 Specifications <br />Peerless Resources will post and maintain all signs and markers required <br />by this Section. All of the signs will be of uniform design and will be <br />easily seen or read. The signs will be made either of metal or wood; <br />they will durable enough to withstand any climatic conditions that might <br />be inherent at the operations. The signs will conform with any local <br />ordinances and codes. <br />Peerless Resources will maintain signs and markers during the conduct of <br />all activities to which they pertain. <br />4.02.2 Mine and Permit Identification Signs <br />Appropriate signs identifying the permit area will be displayed at the <br />• point of access to the permit area from State Highway 160. These signs <br />indicate the name, business address, and telephone number of Peerless <br />Resources and identification numbers of mining and reclamation permits. <br />These signs will be retained and maintained until after the release of <br />all bonds for the permit area. <br />4.02.3 Perimeter Markers <br />C <br />The perimeter of the permit area will be clearly marked with orange <br />lath, orange fenceposts, or other visible markings before beginning any <br />mining activities associated with the underground operation. <br />4.02.4 Duration of Maintenance <br />Peerless Resources will maintain signs and markers throughout the life <br />of the operation or post new signs and markers as necessary. <br />4.02-1 <br />
