Field Information: <br />li 1) Date sample taken <br />~ 2) Depth to water (DTW) - water level reading measured from top of <br />casing, then adjusted to ground level - i.e. subtract from <br />reading the amount of casing above ground at each well site. <br />Note: Avoid taking water level readings at pumped well while <br />pumping or within 12 hours of pumping. Take water level reading <br />before taking sample. <br />3) Name or initials of person taking sample. <br />C. Sample Frequency: Quarterly - same as required for springs <br />D.
