Copies of the quarterly monitoring reports are found in Exhibit 6.
4.2 QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS
The quarterly inspection reports are found in Exhibir 7. All inspection reports indicated there
were no problems wi[h any pond.
4.3 SEDIMENT SURVEY
During 1991, TR1i0 (to Modify Sediment Control Structures) was approved by the Colorado
Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG). The SEDCAD sizing for Explosives Storage Point
001, Landfill Point 002, and Shop/Office Point 003, showed that both the runoff volume and
[he sediment delivered to each pond is zero. Therefore, adequate sediment storage for these
three ponds is guazanteed.
• Due to excellent revegecacion success on the reclaimed minesite, sediment delivery to the HG8
pond appeazs to be insignificant. More than adequate sediment storage capacity currently exists
in the HG8 pond.

Results of a volumetric rummary for sediment volumes in each pond is shown in the following
cable.
1994 SEDIMENT VOLUMES
Sediment Storage
Capacity (Acre Feat) Total Sediment
(Acre Feed % Sediment Storeys
Occupied
Explosive Storage Pt. 001
Design 0
1994 > 0 0 0
Landfill Pt. 002
Design 0
1994 > 0 0 0
Shop/OHlce Pt. 003
Design 0
1994 > 0 0 0
HO 8 Pt. 004
Design 3.70
1994 > 3.70 0 0
