<br />ONSITE STRUCTURES: <br />BUILDINGS: <br />B1: Prestressed concrete building about 2 stories high and <br />resting on a concrete foundation. This is an operational <br />asset capable of being dismantled, sold, and reassembled <br />at another location. <br />B2: Clarifier building where hazardous materials are stored. <br />Constructed of prestressed concrete on a concrete <br />foundation. This is an operational asset capable of <br />being dismantled, sold, and reassembled elsewhere. <br />B3: Scale house. A wood structure on a concrete foundation. <br />Probably not a viable asset, other than the scale and <br />equipment in the building. <br />CLARIFIER: Labeled CLA and shown as a large, circular "TANK" on the <br />map. The <br />structure rests on a concrete foundation that may be 3 feet <br />thick, but the actual thickness is not known. The walls are <br />made of steel and are about 16' high. This feature is an <br />operational asset that could be sold after dismantling. <br />CONVEYORS: All conveyors are operational assets. <br />C1: Property of Ayres Construction. To be removed in near <br />future. Includes hopper at west end of conveyor. <br />C2: To be removed as it is no longer needed. <br />C3: Will remain. A stationary conveyor. <br />C9: Stationary conveyors. <br />C5: Stationazy conveyors. <br />C6: Moving conveyor. <br />C7: Stationary conveyor. <br />C8: Moving conveyor. <br />C9: Stationazy conveyor. <br />Note: A moving conveyor is on wheels and is moved around <br />the site to establish large product piles. <br />Stationary conveyors, although easily moved, are not <br />on wheels and generally remain in place. <br />Paqe 9 Bonding Information M-73-007/M-77-213 January 7, 1992 <br />
