SALES AGREEMENT
This Sales Agreement made and entered into this day
of December, 1989 by and between CAROL JEAN RICE (FKA
CAROL JEAN MORRISON) having her principal address at
' P.O. BOX 124, Clear Creek County, in the City of Idaho
Springs, Colorado 80452, hereinaftee referred to as the
party of the first part and GEORGE E. OTTEN having his
principal address a[ 7596 S. Elati Street in the City of
Littleton, Colorado 80120 and in the County of Arapahoe,
hereinafter referred to as the party of the second part.
LET IT BE KNOtJN, that the fist party is the owner of a
certain Mill and Mill Sites in the County of Gilpin in
' the Town of Black Hawk in the State of Colorado, better
described in paragraph B.
ALSO, that the second party, desires to purchase the
above mentioned Mill 6 Mill Sites.
WITNESSETH:
In consideration of and other considerations,
as herein after set forth, the second party agrees to
the terms being more par ticula[ly described in the
following paragraphs.
TERMS:
A. Second .party agrees to pay the first party

tJes t, all property located in Gilpin County,
State of Colorado. Mill Site Ten(10) less
.OS acres; and Mill Site Eleven (11), less
highway , together with the buildings and
equipment now located upon said premises, and
- together with any and all water rights apper-
raining thereto, including without limitation
the Mead and Polar Star Extension Ditch having
priority Y4 and the Mead and Polar Stay ex-
tension Ditch having priority YS as described
in findings of the District Court of the
Second Judicial District, State of Colorado,
in action No. 41240 dated Oct. 09, 1914. And
are recorded in the Clear Creek County Court
house in book 384, page 142 and book 229, page 260.
