• ~ks and Gesso, LLC <br />Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) that will account for all offsite discharge <br />and will contain a plan for control of that discharge <br />Air Permits <br />Prior to any other ground-surface disturbing activities, the Operator will obtain a <br />site Fugitive Dust Permit from CDPHE. This permit will be kept active during the <br />life of the mine. <br />Separate air permits will be required for each piece of portable screening or <br />crushing equipment that is to be operated at the Green/Croissant site. As is <br />required with all portable aggregate processing equipment in the state of <br />Colorado, each piece of equipment will have a separate air permit that enables <br />the machinery to be operated in various locales throughout the state. Prior to <br />operation of any crushing or screening equipment at the site, the operator will <br />obtain mobile air permits for all equipment for which a permit is required. <br />U.S. Armv Coras of Engineers 404 Permit <br />Following maintenance and improvements to on-site irrigation ditches, the <br />Applicant will study potential wetland resources.
