• ~s and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT M -OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br />Additional permits/approvals potentially required for this project to be allowed to <br />operate are as follows: <br />County Aoaroval <br />An application for a Use By Special Review (Mining Operation) is being <br />submitted to Weld County, Colorado as part of the land use approval process for <br />mining the Green/Croissant Property Sand and Gravel Mine site. <br />Cultural Resources <br />No permits are expected to be required for cultural resource purposes. There is <br />one reported cultural resource listed on the State Register of Historic Places near <br />the project area. This fact is stated in a letter from the Colorado Historical <br />Society, dated July 11, 2000, which is contained in this Appendix C. The <br />resource is identified as the Hillsboro Stage Station. A site survey found that this <br />resource is not located within the proposed mining area. <br />Significant historical or archaeological sites that might be encountered during any <br />land-disturbing activities on the permit site will be studied and preserved if a <br />determination of significance is made by the Colorado Historical Society, Office <br />of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. This Office will be notified if any <br />apparent significant cultural resources are encountered during land-disturbing <br />activities. <br />CDPS State Discharge Permit/Stormwater Permit <br />For stormwater purposes, there will be no offsite discharge of either process <br />water or overland surface flows from disturbed ground at the initial plant site. <br />Prior to any ground-disturbing activities at the proposed permit area, a <br />CDPS/Stormwater Permit will be obtained from the Colorado Department of <br />GreeNCroissant Property Sand and Gravel Mine.COMG.112 Permit 20029 <br />Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. 28 March 2001 <br />
