2.05.6.3.2 SURFACE WATER (continued) <br />Dl Spill and Containment Plan <br />The operation stored diesel fuel, oil and grease on the site in SAG #5 as shown on <br />Exhibit KK-]. Exhibit RR shows what was stored, in what quantities, and what <br />measures were taken to prevent and contain spills. <br />As of the end of 1993, the earthen berm around the storage area has been removed and <br />the SAE has been reclaimed according to the approved plan. <br />E)._ rainag~ Control for Roads <br />The runoff from the majority of the access road is delivered to the sediment pond. A <br />length of approximately 460 feet of road at the northernmost edge of the property does <br />not drain to the pond. This road was existing prior to mining and did not have an <br />erosion or drainage problem. The road was crowned in the middle and a ditch was <br />placed on the uphill side of the road as shown on Exhibit KK-l. <br />The minor length of access road to the topsoil stockpile has been reclaimed according <br />to the approved plans (SAE#2). <br />.~ <br />Revised for permit renewal 11/17/95 i ~~ <br />
