Noncompliance (con t'd) <br />• (2) The following instances of noncompliance shall be reported orally <br />within 24 hours from the time [he pe rmit[ee becomes aware of the <br />circumstances, and a wriCCen report mailed within five days of <br />the time the permic*_ee becomes aware or the circumstances: <br />a) any instance of nonccmp'.iance •which may endanger health or <br />the environment <br />b) Any unan[icipaCed bypass •which exceeds any effluent limitation <br />in the permit <br />_ c) any upset ~.+hich exceecs any >ff'uent lini[aticn in the hermit <br />(See Fed. Reg. `/ol.v5.
