Three <br /> total sedimentation ponds have been creased to <br /> collect stormwater runoff and sediment from the <br /> disturbed -area and associated undisturbed areas <br /> from a 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event. Pond <br />' locations are shown in Figure 1, Gage 18. Maximum <br /> coal produced is estimated to be approximately 685 <br /> [onsiday. <br />1 <br /> Pond number l is located on the north hank of the <br /> Gunnison River near [he tipple facilities. The <br /> discharge point is located in the Southwest 1;4 of <br /> the Southeast I/4 of Section 9. The discharge is <br /> through an overflow weir located in the imooundmen[ <br />' berm along the river. Discharge from pond .dl shall <br />be designated as disc harae point 001 and samples <br /> shall be taken a[ [his point.
