The extent of the
two types discussed on page 55 should be indicated on the vegetation map. The
applicant should explain why these two plant communities were discussed, while none
' of the communities indicated on Drawing No. 2.09.10(1) were described.
PAGES 54 & 55
2.04.32 Fish and Wildlife Information
' Ji misunderstanding exists in relation to the fish and wildlife investigation. These issues are addressed under 2.05.4 of this letter.
' 2.09.12 Prime Farmland Investigation
Based on the information provided by Bear Coal Company, the Division has made a
negative determination, concluding that the land to be affected by Bear Coal's
' raining operations is no*_ prime farmland.
OS Operation and Reclamation Plan
' 2.05.2 Operation Plan
' Due to recent limitations to the life of Bear Coal Mine, a1I sections related to
timetables, amount of production and the extent of proposed ^nderground workings
m°5t be revised.
