Air Pollution Control Plan <br />A. The applicant must provide documentation from the Colorado Department <br />of Health - Air Pollution Control Division of compliance with the provisions <br />of the Clean Air Act (page 78). <br />FIGURE 2,05,6(1)(x) <br />' 2. Fish and Wildlife Plan <br />A. The applicant must submit a detailed plan of how the operation will mini- <br />mize adverse impacts to fish and wildlife. This should include a more complete <br />' statement of how the sediment facilities mitigate impacts and how revegetation <br />will enhance the wildlife habitat. PAGE 79 <br />3. Protection of the Hydrologic Balance <br />A. Degreed springs not owned by Bear Coal Co. exist in the permit area and <br />adjacent area. The applicant must provide a description of how it plans to <br />ensure that the rights of the water users are protected (see Section 2.04.7(3)). <br />PACE 81 <br />B. What measures are being used to ensure that the quality and quantity of <br />groundwater is maintained? PAGE cl <br />C. Water Monitoring Plans <br />' 1) A surface water monitoring plan or a justification of why a monitoring <br />plan is not needed must be submitted.
