<br />~'~ <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "E" <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />MYRIN PIT <br />(A) All slopes left from the operation will be no steeper than 3:1. <br />(three feet horizontal to one foot vertical.) <br />(B) The floor of the pit will be graded leaving no low spots. The floor <br />will drain in a Southerly direction. <br />(C) A berm will be left on the northerly side of the pit to help screen the <br />pit area. <br />(D) All disturbed areas will be covered with from 6" to 12" of soil over- <br />burden. <br />(E) All disturbed areas will be seeded, mulched, and fertilized as recom- <br />mended by the Colorado Division of Highways. Refer to next page. <br />(F) Areas in which work has been completed will be reclaimed after each use <br />of the pit. <br />(G) The existing road is to remain and will not be reclaimed. <br /> <br />1 <br />
