The topsoil replacement schedule for the disposal area is shown
on Figure E-2. Seeding operations will be conducted the same
year that topsoil is replaced unless weather conditions delay
such efforts until the following spring. Table E-1 presents
the schedule for topsoil handling each year and the acreages
reclaimed as operations progress.
