Staff <br />identified the non-controversial rules and referenced proposed changes <br />to other rules. <br />Ms. Susan Gambrill and Mr. Greg Rumpert, from the Office of Regulatory <br />Reform, provided some background information about that agency <br />(ATTACHMENT I) and gave an explanation for this process. <br />The Director stated that the Board could ultimately have governing <br />packages: 1) the law, 2) rules, 3) a package for applicants that <br />integrates the law and rules and 4) a set of administrative <br />procedures. These were discussed briefly. <br />At the Director's suggestio <br />Mr. Frank Johnson explained <br />provision in 34.32.116. Staff answered questions from the Board. <br />
