ATTACHMENT F - a letter <br />and resume regarding Mr. Carl W. Winters was re erence Staff stated <br />that Mr. Winters had contacted the Division previously and inquired <br />about being appointed to the Advisory Council. At Staff's suggestion, <br />Mr. Winters had contacted the Colorado Mining Association (CMA) to <br />obtain their support of an appointment for him to the Advisory <br />Council. The CMA forwarded the May 7, 1990, letter of recommendation <br />(Attachment F) to the Board. Staff answered questions from the Board. <br />Staff recommended the addition of Mr. Winters to the Advisory Council. <br />It was MOVED that the Board appoint Mr. Carl W. Winters to the Inactive <br />Mine Lan~Aavisory Council. SECONDED AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY <br />(Kraeger-Rovey, Cooley, O'Connor, Donald, Jouflas and Entz). <br />THURSDAY, May 24, 1990 <br />20.
