Section 816.59 Continued. <br /> <br />Energy Fuels strives to recover all coal feasible in any lease <br />area. By leaving a portion of the final cut in front of the shop <br />facility open for possible use as a portal area for a substantial <br />quantity of underground coal reserves, the need to redisturb the <br />area by reopening the cut for access to the coal seam will be <br />eliminated.
