Selling our 160 acres-- If Wehkings sell there property in 40 acre tracts
with out a doubt there will be buildings erected on them, my question is
will this leave the area pristine. It is my understanding that a party is
interested in purchasing 40 acres of the north portion on tract 41 , he also
has located two mining claims in the National Forest north of the L where
he is going to place his mining facilities if he is going to be a prudent miner.
Kim Hall-- per County Use Regulations- The last word that I had with Kim
he stated that I was in compliance and if they needed any changes they
would let me know.
How much can we tolorate-- The turn around and the parking lot is jointly
being used by TMGM, County and the general public(such as hikers to park
their vehichles.) Joint usage is being utilized to lessen impact.
Prime importance is the matter of water-- It is my contention that 2quarts or
less a minute and returned to the aqufer has no impact on Wehking's wells.
There house is 1/2 mile away from the mine and is also being fed by an
additional valley system. TMGM will conform to the Water Board.
In closing -TMGM is in compliance with the 1872 Mining Laws and the
State Mining Laws. Being a prudent miner we are contributing to the
economy of Park County and the State of Colorado.
Walt & Geo~r~g{i}a'~Rubec
dyl/ Of~tf J 1 ~~.i~~--r~
G~<~~~j/.~e~
