POSE-MINING LAND USES - RULE 2.05.5
As mentioned previously, at the request of ARCO, Bear Coal Company will
completely reclaim all facility areas at Mines No. 1 and 2 with the
exception of the areas which fall within the Highway Department's
right-of-way. ARCO does not want to retain any of the surface facilities
of the Bear hiines. ARCO would like Bear Coal Company to restore the
area to wildlife habitat.
