<br />UPLAND GRAVEL <br />MINING PLAN <br />4.) TRANSPORTATION: <br />Tandem axle dump trucks with approximately 16 ton capacity will mostly be used for <br />transportation to market. Private pick-ups and tractor-trailer trucks will also be used. <br />Proposed hours of operation will be 7 A.M. to 6 P.M., 6 days a week (Mon. thru Sat.). <br />Traffic generated by the operation is estimated to average 16 loads per day to remove <br />70,000 ton annually. A maximum of 50 loads per day is estimated during peak <br />demand. <br />Transportation routes from the site to market will be West along Upland Road to the <br />paved county Road 35, which proceeds Southerly and connects to D Road which <br />proceeds West to 34 '/z Road, then South to C'/z Road, then West to the connection <br />with 32 Road. <br />
