All things being equal, priority will be given to: <br />` Artemisia Tridentatalow alkaloid strains <br />Stioa <br />( on <br /> <br />Aerooyron <br />All plants will be collected locally during the previous season. Application <br />rate will be 30 pounds per acre. The species checked are available <br />commercially. If unsuitable collections are made on site, they will be <br />purchased. <br />(c) Methods to be used in Planting and Seeding <br />i. Jacklyn Mulch designed for hand application. Area will be <br />• seeded, raked, and the mulch hand applied at a time when the soil is <br />reasonably moist or when light rain may be anticipated.
