<br />(c). Phase III mining will not begin until Phase II is exhausted. <br />Mining will begin along the southern edge of Phase III boundary <br />and proceed to the north. Both the east and west slope will be <br />constructed at 3H:1V as the work progresses with a vertical <br />east-west face. Completion of Phase III will complete the <br />mining under this plan. <br />(F) (i) Mining depth to average 15'. <br />(ii). Stratum immediately below the mined area is the same as <br />the mining strata. It consists of quaternary alluvial fill <br />consisting of mostly cobbles and boulders in size to 12". <br />(G) The primary commodity to be mined is sand and gravel. No secondary <br />products are generated. All the rock removed from the pit wall is <br />marketable as sand and gravel in various shapes and sizes. No waste <br />piles are generated. <br />(H) No incidental products will be generated. Processed material to be <br />used in construction activities including concrete and asphalt and road <br />building aggregates. <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
