<br />ii) Phase A reclamation will be 11.00 acres. Phase B reclamation <br />will be 9.27 acres. Phase C reclamation will be 7.85 acres. The <br />Final Phase Reclamation will be 10.28 acres. See Map E <br />iii) Upon completion of mining in Phase A reclamation area topsoil <br />along eastern edge shall be redistributed across pit floor and side <br />slopes. Reclamation will begin at the southern most point (Phase A, <br />11.00 acres) and proceed to the north. Side slopes along east pit wall <br />shall be ripped and topsoiled once mining is completed and 3H:1V are <br />achieved <br />Phase B <br />Side slopes along western boundary shall be ripped and covered with <br />topsoil once the final 3H:1V location is established. The area in Phase <br />B, 9.27 acres, will be ripped and topsoiled upon completion on mining <br />within Phase B Reclamation will begin at the southern most point and <br />proceed north. <br />Phase C <br />Side slopes along western boundary shall be ripped and covered with <br />topsoil once the final 3H:1 V location is established. The area in Phase <br />C, 7.85 acres, will be ripped and topsoiled upon completion on mining <br />within Phase C. Reclamation will begin at the northern most point and <br />proceed south. <br />Final Reclamation <br />The Final Reclamation area, 10.28 acres, will be started after Phase C <br />has taken place and the inventory has been removed. <br />f) I) Final grading to be performed by using conventional earthwork <br />equipment such as dozers, motor-graders, loaders, and <br />excavators. Maximum slope gradient is to be 3H to 1 V. <br />ii) Please see section 2(d) for complete see blend. Seeding will be <br />performed using the drill method. <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
