Changes to other exhibits required in your July 5°i letter and <br />subsequent correspondence with Mr. Congdon are to be submitted separately by him. <br />Also in accordance with item 2, matchline additions have been added to the Ezhibit E Mine Yard & <br />Portal $ench Maximum Disturbance Reclamation Plan Map to show the entire permit area; since <br />neither added segment is within the disturbed area this addition should suffice for the Exhibit E Mine <br />Yard & Portal Bench Approximate Post Mining Topography Reclamation Plan Map as well. <br />With regard to §4, ACMA is aware of the options and requirements regarding a second opening. <br />Every effort will be made to locate the second opening, ifand when required, in the 3.5 acres subject <br />to this application. If geological, mine layout, or other conditions require a location outside the <br />proposed permit area a new 110(2) application will be filed. <br />With regard to §5, the area of existing exposed rock slopes and ledges that exceed a 3:1 slope and <br />rock slopes and ledges in the same area proposed to be left at or blended into these natural slopes and <br />ledges are shown on the revised Exhibit E Mine Yard & Portal Bench Approximate Post Mining <br />Topography Reclamation Plan Map, enclosed. It should be emphasized that these are rock slopes <br />and ledges that are part ofthe original slopes and ledges exposed above the main portal. Disturbance <br />has been limited to removal of loose weathered gypsum and scaling larger loose rock for safety <br />purposes. <br />With regard to §8, no specific sealing plan was included in the application deliberately, since sealing <br />
