Canany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Mr. Cooley and I discussed the reported imbalance of fluids in solution mining wells 29-24 and 20-26; we <br />further discussed the email produced by Paul Osborne of EPA and dated 11-22-02 in which the fluid <br />imbalances are discussed in detail. Mr. Cooley stated that the excursions aze related to instrumentation <br />problems -not to cavity leakage.
