Project Description <br />Narrative explaining operation in detail. A copy of [he Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (DMG) 112 Regulaz Use permit application has been enclosed as a <br />detailed explanation of this project. Below is a brief description of the project. <br />1 <br />~. <br />Connell currently has sand and gravel mining, an asphalt batch plant, and <br />headquarters immediately adjacent to the west of the proposed Timnath Connell <br />permit site. Connell supplies local, county, and state governments as well as <br />private industry with aggregate and asphalt. Connell will exhaust the sand and <br />gravel reserves at the Wellington Downs Pit within a year and a half. Therefore, <br />Connell will expand their mining operation [o the Timnath Connell Deposit. <br />
