Rocky Mountain <br />' Geotechnical was contracted to do this work. Their report includ- <br /> ing maps is being submitted directly to your office no later than <br />' January 10, 1983. <br /> Stipulation No. 2 requires the protection of riparian vegetation <br /> adjacent to pond No. 1. The Blue Ribbon Coal Company will leave this <br />t habitat intact including related vegetation adjacent to pond No. 1 and <br /> the trees adjacent to this pond if this area is not needed for a <br /> buttress to ensure slope stability of the final slope backfill <br /> configuration.
