3.3.2 Revegetation Techniques
The approved revegetation plan emphasizes native species planting resulting in a diverse,
permanent, effective plant community capable of self-regeneration. The current seed mix is
presented on page 115, Section 2.05.4, of the Application.
Manure is to be spread on the topsand. The approved seed mix will be drill seeded through the
manure mulch. (PAP, Sec 2.05.4, pages 115c and 115d)
Vegetation monitoring is described on page 115d (Sec 2.05.4) of the PAP). Revegetated azeas of
three or more growing seasons aze monitored for success standards of cover and production.
Eligible areas aze sampled in the last two consecutive growing seasons prior to final bond
release, but not earlier than yeazs nine and ten of the extended liability period.
3.3.3 Mining Techniques, Directions, Mine Life, Production Rates
No further extraction of coal is anticipated at the site.
