This will expand the acreage in this pit that has been in operation at least as <br /> early as the mid 1960's. At that time it was known as the Dodge Pit. It is presently used to supply <br /> material to the CCMD and Pueblo County Public Works Department. Impact on the public as well <br /> as the need for public services should be no greater than in the past. Crushing and screening <br /> equipment will be moved to the site as needed. <br /> Attached to this letter are the following required documents, as well as other needed information: <br /> 1. Request form, cover letter and letter of authorization for us to act as their agent. <br /> 2. Proof of Ownership - deed attached. <br /> 3. Water- Potable water will be hauled to the site by employees. <br /> 4. Sewer - portable toilets will be leased and serviced by an independent company for use on <br /> this site. <br /> 5.
