measurements shall be representative of the monitored activity. The Permittee <br />shall utilize the applicable analytical methods described in Table 1 of 40 CFR § <br />136.3, or in Appendix III of 40 CFR § 261, or in certain circumstances, by other <br />methods that have been approved by the EPA Administrator. American Soda's <br />monitoringproeram shall follow those requirements and shall include these <br />elements: <br />~** <br />(h) Monitoring of water quality and water level (see Section 2.0 of the <br />Water Monitoring Plan Appendix )) in all well completions above the <br />Dissolution Surface will occur on a monthly basis during the baseline <br />period. The completions above the Dissolution Surface will be sampled <br />for water levels and analyzed for the constituents on the WQ2 Table 3 list, <br />page 12 of Appendix I.
