<br />The existing Sanborn Creek Mine permit azea contains 9,047 acres, of which 3,553 acres are on
<br />private land, and 5,494 acres are on federal land.
<br />The mine site is located north of the town of Somerset, Colorado. The North Fork of the
<br />Gunnison River is located south of the town of Somerset. The mine permit areas are located on
<br />the U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Bowie and Somerset Quadrangle maps.
