Chance in Disdurae <br />The permittee shall inform the Division (Permits end Enforcameot Section) in writing of any latent to construct, instill, <br />or alter any process, facility, or activity that is likely to result in a xw or altered discharge, and shall furnish the <br />Division such plans and specifiatiom which the Division deems reasonably necessary to evaluate the effort en the <br />discharge and receiving stream. The SWMP sha116e updated and a copy of the changes wbmittad to the Division within <br />tt0 days of the changes. <br />The permittae shall submit this notice W the Division within two weeks after malting a determination to perform the type <br />of utivity referred to in the preceding ptragraph. <br />
