Receivatl by rR'ease Pnhf CkerlyJ I B. <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology's Rule 4.20.2, requires that landowners be given <br />certain information prior to mining beneath or adjacent to the landowners' property or <br />residence. On behalf of Bowie Resources Limited (BRL), the USDA Forest Service is <br />hereby given the required notice. <br />The USDA Forest Service has a copy of BRL's Map 14, Mine Plan which presents the <br />identification of specific areas in which mining will take place and the dates of mining <br />activities that could cause subsidence and affect structures. <br />The USDA Forest Service also has a copy of BRL's Map 27, Subsidence which presents <br />areas where extraction will be limited to control adverse surface effects.
