<br />Oldo Depattrrtent of Natural Resources Division of Reclamation, for reclaiming
<br />abandoned mire land adjacent to a residential area, twzilrtg it into sports fields for St
<br />Clairsvllle Junior 6ports, reclaiming prime farmland, and creating permanent ponds
<br />that arv integral parts of the poet-ntLtlrtg land use.

<br />submiued by rho Wyoming Department of Environmental Qtrallty, Land Quality
<br />Division, for developing an $1rWVatlve overburctrrt management program at the two
<br />tninoa that prevents envlrottmental dauwge, ensures optimum hydrologic conditions for
<br />the rnclaLned land, and creates a zone of high-quelity Boll for new plant growth
