C-1362 <br />(REVISED 3-9-95) <br />CONTitOLLED SURFACE II98 STIPUL7ITION <br />MOD8RAS8 GEOLOGIC HAZARDS <br />Surface occupancy or use is subject to the fallowing special operating <br />COIIBtraiIIta. <br />Special interdisciplinary team analysis and mitigation plans detailing <br />construction sad mitigatiaa techniques will be required on areas having <br />moderate geologic hazards. (The iaterdiaeipli.aary team could include: <br />geotechnical engineer, soils engineer, roads angiaeer, coal mining engineer <br />sad reclamation specialist.)
