STIPULATIONS <br />The following stipulation was attached to the approval of technical revision No. 4 and will <br />carry on through the next permit term. This stipulation was erroneously numbered 31 in the <br />approval of TR-04; in the Division's computer and in these findings the number will be 32. <br />All other stipulations that have been attached to the permit in the past have been <br />terminated and are no longer in effect. <br />STiPULATiON N0.32 <br />THE HYDROLOGIC MONITORING PLAN WILL CONSIST OF MONITORING THE <br />SPOILS WELL ANNUALLY FOR WATER LEVEL AND TO SUBMIT THE RESULTS <br />TO THE DIVISION BY OCTOBER 31 OF EACH YEAR. <br />These stipulations have been terminated during the last permit term <br />Stipulations 29 (numbered No. 1 during the last renewal) was terminated with the <br />approval of TR-04. This stipulation outlined a hydrologic monitoring plan that was <br />replaced by Stipulation 32. <br />Stipulation 30, attached to the permit during the last midterm review, required the <br />submittal of a surface drainage plan. This stipulation, during the evaluation of the <br />phase II bond release, was forgiven. The mine demonstrated that erosion was not <br />detrimental to the post mine land use and that the disturbed area stopped <br />contributing suspended solids above natural conditions. <br />Stipulation 31 that originated from the approval of TR-OS required the submittal of <br />a letter concerning shrub establishment.
