No. WJo <br />The planned construction method for the shaft is to <br />construct a temporary shaft collar, drill a pilot hole <br />into the .;pine, attach the raise head and upream to full <br />excavation diameter of °. feet 3 inches. The raise drill <br />will be equipped with a centrifugal fan attached to the <br />drill steel via the water swivel and a bull hose. The <br />fan will draw the atmosphere from the level of the raise <br />borer head thru..the drill steel and exhaust it at th e <br />well head. During reaming, the methane concentration. of <br />the fan exhaust wi13 be checked continuously with a <br />methane detector. The inlet of the fan will be equipped <br />with a flame arrestor to prevent a problem should the fan <br />fail. The follcwing lists the specifications for the <br />centrifugal fan to be used: <br />Mfg.
