The Division concurred in the conclusion that there is no alluvial valley floor on the site <br />(Application, Sec 2.06.8, page 130). Thus the subject of Rule 4.24 is not applicable to the <br />permit. <br />XXV. Rule 4.25 Operations on Prime Farmland <br />The Division concurred in the conclusion that there is no prime farmland within the permit <br />boundary (Application, Sec 2.04.12, page 100). Thus the subject of Rule 4.25 is not <br />applicable to the permit. <br />XXVI. Rule 4.26 Mountaintop Removal <br />No mountaintop removal operations are associated with the site. Thus the subject of Rule 4.26 <br />is not applicable to the permit. <br />XXVII. Rule 4.27 Operations on Steep Slopes <br />No operations on steep slopes are associated with the site. Thus the subject of Rule 4.27 is not <br />applicable to the permit. <br />XXVIII. Rule 4.28 External Plants and Facilities <br />There are no coal processing plants and support facilities located beyond the permit area for <br />the mine that are associated with the permitted activity. Thus the subject of Rule 4.28 is not <br />applicable to the permit. <br />XXIX. Rule 4.29 Situ Processing <br />No in-situ processing was or is planned for the site. Thus the subject of Rule 4.29 is not <br />applicable to the permit. <br />XXX. Rule 4.30 Cessation of Operations <br />Coal extraction has ceased at this mine.
