V. Rule 4.05 Hydrologic Balance <br />A. Water Quality Standards and Effluent Limitations <br />1. The applicant has established drainage systems, Sediment Pond 2, and <br />trea[ment facilities to meet the effluent limitations of 4.05.2 and the applicable State <br />and Federal water quality requirements for downstream receiving waters. (Rule <br />4.05.2). (Permit, Section 2.05.3, page 105) NPDES (CDPS General Petmit) <br />COG-850000 is in effect for the site (Permit, Section, page 32). However, CEC <br />has requested, and CDPHE has approved, letting the NPDES expire on 6/30/97 <br />without renewal. <br />B.
