12. Impermeable ground cloths will be used under the drill rigs and petroleum product <br />containers to reduce potential for petroleum spills. Drill rigs will be fueled using a <br />siphon hose. <br />13. Only traffic associated with drilling and monitoring activities will be allowed on the <br />road from BRL's private land orito the National Forest. No other BRL traffic will be <br />permitted. The Forest Service reserves the right to use this access for inspection <br />purposes, <br />14. BRL will be responsible for installing cattle guazds at specified locations if directed <br />by the Forest Service. <br />l5. Gob ventilation boreholes and access needs will need to be permitted under a Special <br />Use Permit from the Forest Service. <br />16. Improvement of the Hubbazd Canyon trail will be afforded using a Sweco 450 trail <br />dozer (or equivalent} with a blade width not to exceed 60 inches. The pail improvement <br />will be done according to Forest Service specifications for trails, and will include <br />installation of proper drainage structures and sediment control features to prevent <br />resource damage. Improvements will only be allowed along the existing trail alignment. <br />17. The final alignments of temporary roads and drill pads will be approved in the field <br />by the Forest Service prior to ground disturbance occumng. <br />18. BRL will be required to monitor emissions from the GVB and report the findings to <br />the Forest Service. <br />17 <br />
